The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing coordination and administrative support to project teams by tracking schedules, documentation, communication, and progress updates to achieve smooth project execution and monitoring.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Project CoordinationÂ
Coordinates project schedules, activities, meetings, and requirements to support timely execution.
Assists project teams in organizing project-related tasks and follow-through items.
Coordinates with internal departments and project stakeholders for project support requirements.
Documentation and Reporting
Prepares, updates, and maintains project documentation, reports, trackers, and records.
Ensures project files and records are accurate, organized, and accessible to authorized personnel.
Supports preparation of project status updates and management reports.
Communication Support
Facilitates communication among project teams, departments, and stakeholders.
Relays project updates, requirements, and concerns to appropriate team members for action.
Supports meeting coordination, documentation of discussion points, and follow-through of assigned items.
Progress Tracking
Tracks project progress, milestones, deliverables, and pending items against project plans.
Monitors updates from project teams and consolidates information for reporting purposes.
Ad Hoc Projects and Additional Tasks
Provides support for special projects
Performs other related duties as may be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in project coordination, administrative support, or related work.
Knowledge of project coordination, documentation, reporting, and schedule tracking.
Strong organizational, communication, documentation, and follow-through skills.
Preferably with experience using project tracking tools or project documentation systems.
